Hands-On Occupational Therapy
Let's take a hands-on approach to health. What is Occupational Therapy? Occupational therapists work with patients who have physical, sensory, cognitive, developmental, or emotional conditions that make it difficult to participate in activities they care about. They evaluate a patient's strengths and challenges, and then create customized interventions to help them meet their goals. OT is a huge scope of practice. I call my approach Hands-on OT because my aim is to empower you to take a hands-on approach to your health, and I use hands-on bodywork modalities in my practice.
We all need some TLC...

Each person is a culmination of past experiences, has response patterns to various stimulation, and will, naturally, require unique and creative strategies to invite space and ease and facilitate release. It is my passion to support others in becoming their best, most whole selves. It takes courage and vulnerability to open to change in order to heal.
I believe in you!
